Museo is home to independent medical practices operating within an environment intentionally designed to support care, focus, and the patient experience.

Medical practices and organizations at Museo operate independently. Their presence within the building reflects a shared commitment to care, professionalism, and the patient experience, while each maintains its own clinical focus, standards, and operations. Practices are listed to acknowledge  presence and domain of care, not to signal hierarchy, partnership, or clinical alignment.

Museo ASC

An ambulatory surgery center supporting outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

Mann Eye Institute

An ophthalmology practice providing comprehensive eye care and surgical services.

Houston Cardiovascular

A cardiology practice offering diagnostic and clinical cardiovascular care.

US Fertility

A reproductive medicine network supporting fertility care practices.

TLC Surgery

A surgical practice specializing in minimally invasive procedures.

TLC MedSpa

A medical aesthetics practice offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Sono Bello

Leadership & Stewardship

Testarossa Properties
Provides financial, operational, and facilities stewardship for Museo. This includes building management, engineering, accounting, maintenance, and day-to-day operations, all supported by a long-standing team with deep familiarity with the building and its systems.

Cultural & Brand Stewardship

Museo’s cultural framework and public-facing narrative are guided through independent brand stewardship. This function supports alignment across architecture, programming, and communication in accordance with the institute’s founding vision.

Stewardship refers to the conceptual development, authorship, curation, and long-term integrity of Experience Museo as a cultural program. Stewardship does not imply shared ownership, co-production, or operational responsibility by host environments or collaborators unless expressly stated in writing.
