These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Museo Institute for Medical Arts (“Museo”, “we”, or “our”), including content related to Experience Museo, an independently stewarded cultural platform.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Experience Museo Programs and Gatherings
Experience Museo presents cultural programs, gatherings, and experiences that are reflective, experiential, and non-instructional in nature.
Participation in any Experience Museo program:
• is voluntary;
• does not establish a medical, therapeutic, legal, advisory, or professional relationship; and
• does not guarantee outcomes or results.
Experience Museo is not a venue, service provider, or medical program. Museo Institute for Medical Arts serves solely as a host environment for certain activities.
Programs may be modified, postponed, limited, or canceled at any time at the discretion of the organizers.
Experience Museo programs are independently produced. Museo Institute for Medical Arts, its owners, tenants, and affiliates are not responsible for program content, presenters, or participant experience beyond provision of the physical environment.
4. Registration, Invitations, and Attendance
Some programs or gatherings may require registration, invitation, or confirmation.
Museo and Experience Museo reserve the right to:
• limit attendance,
• refuse or revoke participation, and
• establish eligibility or conduct requirements.
Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
5. Code of Conduct
Visitors and participants are expected to engage respectfully with others and with the space. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a program or denial of future participation.
6. Photography and Recording
Programs and gatherings may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise documented for cultural, archival, or editorial purposes. Attendance at an event where notice of photography or recording is provided constitutes consent to such use, as further described in the Legal Disclaimer.

This website may include links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. Museo, Piquitas Inc., and Piquitas LLC are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of external sites.
